Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our Products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard or you can pay with PayPal using any card you want. If you are shopping from overseas You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We use UPS to ship within the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and other parts of the world we use USPS. On average ground shipping + packaging cost about $2.75 per pound, starting a $6.00 minimum (more to Hawaii, Alaska, or for faster shipping). We charge $5.00 handling fee for orders under $25.00.
Orders Shipped within our State of California pay 7.75% State Taxes.
Check your local laws when ordering Knives, (some localities have restrictions on knifes purchases)
All orders to Exterior should be above $200.00 and should be made by e.mail or phone for propper shipping charges. We do not export knives, peperspray, repellents, fuel tabs, canned heat or any hazardous materials.
Take on average no more then 7 business days for domestic orders get to you from the time you order. Some orders may take up to 10 business days or 2 weeks depending on location or size of the order. Over 90% of orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Return, Exchange & Credit Policy
Call us for instructions for return policy. If it is a mistake on our part, we will replace or give you credit or a full refund.
If the returned product cost under $50.00 we charge $10.00 restocking fee and a 20% restocking charge on products over $50.00 will apply if product is returned due to costumer error.
To keep our prices low, please make sure of item, sizes and colors when placing an order, It's very costly to exchange, You will have to pay for shipment plus $10.00 for handling fee. ($10.00 includes: re-stocking, transaction fees, packaging and paper work) WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES ON CUSTOMER ERRORS OR EXCHANGES.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods at the delivery address. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any merchandise returned for any reason, must be received in the same condition as it was shipped. That is it must be in 100% resalable condition with all product packaging. Under no circumstances will AllCampingGear.Com accept merchandise that has been laundered, or has been used to the extent that it can no longer be considered as being new merchandise, this includes but is not limited to merchandise that is covered with animal hair. If used merchandise or merchandise that has delivered beyond 30 days is returned to us we will promptly ship it back to you and charge you for return shipping!

No returnable or refundable Items: Ready to eat mels, open repellents, peperspray, fuel tablets, canned heat, first aid kits, down pillows, night vision, GPS devices or any discontinued items.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ANY REASON NOR WILL WE PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, tags, lables, etc.).

· Original packaging. Returns must be made in two weeks from the date you received
(No expences will by charged from you in this case and we will pay for you to send the wrong product back to us)

CANCELLATIONS: When you place an Order at our StoreFront, the Credit Card Company charge us a transaction fee of 2.5% of the total of the order. To void the transaction cost another 2.5%. The total cost of 5% will be charged from You in case you decided to cancel your order 2 minuts after you placed it. (If you acept a check as refund only 2.5% will be charged from you. (Orders are shipped when shipping labels and tracking numbers have been generated.) Once the order has been shipped no cancellation is possible and re-stocking fees will be charged and we do NOT refund shipping charges on customer errors and exchanges.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach ECI (Eletronic Commerce International) computer. Which includes a state-of-the-art fraud prevention program, FraudTrack2. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
